Our mission is to take every job from concept to completion — and we’re looking for a skilled, dependable Handyman / Finishing Technician to help us deliver exceptional results all the way to the finish line.
About the Role
We’re looking for a jack-of-all-trades with strong technical skills, an eye for detail, and the drive to see a project through to completion. This role focuses primarily on the final 5% of our projects — the punch list — ensuring every last detail is buttoned up before client handoff. The right person is internally motivated, highly reliable, and committed to quality.
This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, but availability during evenings and occasional weekends is required based on project needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete punch list items and final project details on residential and commercial job sites
- Perform a wide range of general handyman and finish work tasks, including:
- Installing trim, fixtures, and hardware
- Paint touch-ups, drywall patching, and minor carpentry
- Adjusting doors, cabinetry, and built-ins
- Light plumbing and electrical (non-licensed work)
- Basic tile and flooring repairs or adjustments
- Installing trim, fixtures, and hardware
- Support design and build teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to the highest standard
- Maintain a clean and professional job site
- Communicate clearly with project managers and team members
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in general construction, remodeling, or handyman work
- Well-rounded skill set across carpentry, painting, drywall, minor plumbing/electrical, and finish work
- Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to getting the job done
- Must be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends

What We Offer
- Competitive salary: $60,000 – $65,000, based on experience
